Racing the Clock to Darklands
Rubber Elite creates premium rubber restraints and fetish gear with a focus on craftsmanship and quality. When their previous developer left the project unfinished, the owners were left with a Shopify store that wasn't ready for launch; and Darklands, one of Europe's largest fetish trade shows in Antwerp, was just days away.

The Challenge
With Darklands just days away, Rubber Elite needed their online store live and functional. Their previous developer had left the project incomplete, and the owners were facing the very real possibility of attending one of Europe's biggest trade shows without a working e-commerce presence.
Beyond just getting the store online, the product catalogue needed to be properly structured with size options and customisation features, and the entire site needed to be search-engine ready so that new customers could find them after the event.
Our Approach

The dark colour scheme with purple accents was refined to match Rubber Elite's luxury positioning. We implemented proper SEO with schema markup and structured product data so that Google could index the full catalogue. We also advised the team on building their brand presence on social media to keep the momentum going after Darklands.
