Cookie Declaration
Last Updated:
This page describes the cookies and local storage entries that drakedesign.studio may set on your device, when they are set, and why. Both cookies and localStorage fall within the scope of ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3); we list both here for accuracy.
Short version. Before you interact with the cookie consent banner, drakedesign.studio sets no cookies and no localStorage entries. After you interact with the banner, we store your choice in localStorage. If you opt in to functional cookies, we also load our self-hosted live chat, which sets one first-party cookie.
Strictly Necessary — Consent Record
Written once you interact with the consent banner, to remember your choice. This entry is set in localStorage, not as an HTTP cookie, but is still within the scope of the ePrivacy Directive.
| Key | Mechanism | Purpose | Provider | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| dds_cookie_consent | localStorage | Stores your cookie choice: whether you allowed functional cookies (the live chat) | Junovy (drakedesign.studio) | Persistent until you clear browser storage |
Functional — Live Chat Support
Loaded only if you opt in to functional cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, the live chat is not loaded at all and no cookie is set.
| Cookie | Purpose | Provider | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| cw_conversation | Preserves your live chat conversation across page loads so an agent can reply to you later. Set by the live chat. | Junovy — our live chat, which we host ourselves in the EU | ~1 year |
Analytics & Marketing Cookies
We do not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technology on drakedesign.studio. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Segment, no Mixpanel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Hotjar, no Microsoft Clarity.
